Yeah I definitely agree, hell even comparing Skyrims facial animation to DA:I is disingenuous because Dragon Age is so far ahead on it. Skyrim's facial animations and entire dialogue system were comically bad. I just think its crazy that in a game this big people expect literally everything to have an entire games worth of budget and time thrown at it.
"Some of the content in this game is busywork" Well no shit there are literally hundreds of things to do, did you expect every single one to be as compelling and varied as the last? This isnt a movie, you cant just get all the best bits all the time, there has to be some build and downtime.
