Existe algum lugar no SEI 2.6 para configurar a sessão do usuário ou essa configuração é feita diretamente no apache?

A configuração é feita diretamente nos arquivos de configuração do PHP (php.ini). Seguindo o manual de instalação do SEI, ele sugere a configuração de tal parâmetro para 8 horas, ou seja, tempo de sessão 28800.
