The folder upload is in /usr/lib/gitlab/public/uploads

and the user git dont have access =/

Then We got Permission denied

We need one symbolic link in gilab package, like:

uploads -> /var/lib/gitlab-assets

For close this issue is necessary update the patch in rpm and add one symbolic link (see my last comment).

No , this problem was resolved make a symbolic link from /var/lib/gitlab-assets to /usr/lib/gitlab/public/uploads.

If the Gitlab was installed before that fix the symbolic link can't be created because there are a directory in /usr/lib/gitlab/public/uploads.

Aparentemente está OK, consegui subir a imagem acima e também troquei minha imagem de perfil. Fechando issue.
