Fixes crash when processing suggest an article task - Removes an old line that was left behind during merge of support for different types of article. It was overriding the correct decision made by #article_type. - Defines SuggestArticle#author_name the same as the sender so noosfero task page doesn't crash in case the processing of the task throws an error, since it will try to show the author name in the task error page. Fixes #166 See merge request !786

This does not seem to be a problem with packages from Rubygems, but with Debian packages we need this workaround for the test to work.

It turns out that in the version of PostgreSQL in Debian Jessie, setting a search path to an unexisting schema does not produce an error (while it did in the version in Wheezy)

Custom fields can be added to any profile through the admin panel in the 'Fields' section. They have the same behaviour as the current Noosfero's fields (active, signup, required and privacy). This fixes a bug in which some pages (eg. a profile page) were visible to unlogged users even if the environment has enabled "show content only to members". The problem happened because some controllers use `before_filter :login_required` so they can apply it to some specific methods, effectively overriding the one set in `application_controller`. That before filter set in `application_controller` is the one used to make the environment private when that feature is enabled, so when a controller overrides it, some methods are not required login even when the environment is private. So I fixed the problem by using a different `before_filter` to take care specifically of private environments. Now every page requires login when an environment is private, except the pages in `account_controller` necessary for login and signup.

Additional improvements include: - Makes 'Remove Image' checkbox optional - Very ugly css hack to hide duplicated labels in some forms. I couldn't find another way to avoid the labels generated by labelled_form_for nor could I skip adding labels inside the helper since it's supposed to be generic.

Tests in scrap_test were failing in some random executions. It was caused by the way that action_tracker gets the current user when there is no custom_user setted in track_actions calls. The current logged in used is obtained with ActionTracker::Record.current_user but it's not setted from unit tests. The solution is to set the custom_user as the scrap sender, since that it will always be the same user that is logged in when a scrap is created.
