Revert "[Colab] Scoped omniauth callback statically" 

This reverts commit eb1e8713d4f3889fddd5091b3f48c8ff4f38ea53.

The right way to set the subdirectory is by setting the Rack mount on config.ru
or on the webserver like apache or nginx.
