The method footer was an instance of a model generating HTML and thus
violating MVC. This has been refactored to use the new BoxesHelper
structure for view rendering.

I have deduplicated every message in plugin code that was already in the
core. Going forward, plugins should use c_() is they want to reuse the
message from the core. If they want to force their own translation, they
should probably use _('plugin_name|The message') to avoid overriding
translations from the core.

The following improvements have been made:
  - Created action that displays sub-organization and
  super organizations of a given organization.
  - Created a block that display related organizations.
  - List mother organizations to person's membership if
  he/she is member of a sub-organization.
