Bootstrap Customer Skin support for OTRS

Support for using bootstrap-based interfaces in customer interfaces. Does not override existing skin (default) properties.

Required PERL Packages:

Config required:

Kernel/Config.pm:

$Self->{' Loader::Customer::SelectedSkin'} = 'bootstrap';

Package building:

To build the package, do the following:

cd dist
./CreateOpm.sh

The generated package will be on the same dist directory
