Software Público Brasileiro

\begin{abstract}
The Brazilian Public Software is a program by the Brazilian Federal
Government to foster the sharing and collaboration on FOSS solutions for
the public administration. In this paper, we present an integrated
development platform that was developed for the program. The development
of this platform used several FOSS applications, and contributed
features back to them. We discuss the development methodology, platform
architecture, and the user experience efforts carried out.
