Change acts_as_searcheable to always index schema_path. If multitenancy if off or the database isn't PostgreSQL, then schema_path method returns an empty string and is not used at find_by_contents. Change find_by_contents adding options separating options from paginate, solr and rails's find. With Solr search capabilities, combined search (solr + rails find) won't be necessary in the future. Also change find_by_contents to return a hash where there are the facets found and also the results. Related tests pass with this change

* The field verification now occurs before de validation. * Fields that uses the full filter escape residual '<' and '>' after filtering wellformed tags. * Fields that uses white_list filter only escape the '<' and '>' symbols if the tag is not wellformed. * This patch only fixes the fields that were before being filtered. * Moved all object creation helper methods into Noosfero::Factory * Added a new and faster version of create_user. * Adjusted some test cases tests to use the new factory methods This comprised removing a lot of bad smells from the tests, involving eliminating uneeded database hits. * reviewed ProfileTest for speed as a case study. The test suite used to take ~ 40 seconds to run, now it takes ~ 14 seconds. If we do this to all test suites, we can dramatically reduce the time we need to run all the tests * Added a rake task test:smells to list potential test smells. Started with probably unecessary and/or too slow database hits * In the end, running all the tests now takes ~ 13 minutes on Colivre's development machine, instead of the ~ 30 minutes it used to.
