  Add support for HTTP_REMOTE_USER_DATA in remote_user_plugin.
  
  HTTP_REMOTE_USER_DATA is a middleware developed to pass Colab's remote user information through http headers, witch can be find here: https://beta.softwarepublico.gov.br/gitlab/softwarepublico/colab/blob/master/colab/accounts/middleware.py
