I wasn't able yet to figure out why the rake task was not behaving as expected. I suspect it has to do with the order stuff is being loaded being changed with Rails 4, but I am not sure yet. This works.

For some bizarre reason no tests would run when the :cucumber task is added as a dependency of :default (??). Also let's stop messing with the dependencies of the test task; the task to run all tests (as in ci.noosfero.org) is now ci:full

script/noosfero-plugins will now fail if the plugin dependencies are not met, which caused the whole set of plugin tests to be aborted at the first plugin whose dependencies were not available.

Noosfero now uses Rails 4.2, and requires Debian Jessie.

GetText will try to update PO files when creating MO files, and we don't want that.

This will happen when working from a git repository, but actually running Noosfero from a choot, container or virtual machine that does not have git installed on it.

Don't use versions from git if they are older than the one hardcoded. This is specially useful when doing releases, and mostly harmless everywhere else.

This is useful when you are loading a database dump from a production database for local tests, and you don't want people's emails there in order to avoid accidental outgoing email.
