newsletter: remove unwanted tags from lead Filter out image and other tags from newsletter articles's lead since the only image for an article in the newsletter has to be the article's image. The content in the lead can't have any type of additional formatting in the newsletter's body. This also fixes the problem with not sanitizing p tags with any attributes, like styles commonly added by tinymce. See merge request !698

I wasn't able yet to figure out why the rake task was not behaving as expected. I suspect it has to do with the order stuff is being loaded being changed with Rails 4, but I am not sure yet. This works.

Fixes whenever in production for a multitenancy setup Each cronjob has to run for all production environments. Currently they are only running for the environment named production so it doesn't work in a multitenancy setup. I use `whenever --update-crontab` to append jobs for each environment, using the environment name as a whenever identifier, and then I have to clean the crontab of each environment generated jobs using the same identifier. For some bizarre reason no tests would run when the :cucumber task is added as a dependency of :default (??). Also let's stop messing with the dependencies of the test task; the task to run all tests (as in ci.noosfero.org) is now ci:full

When you load rspec in the Gemfile, it will override the default task and try to run specs from spec/ (which don't exist in noosfero) instead of the tests from test/.

script/noosfero-plugins will now fail if the plugin dependencies are not met, which caused the whole set of plugin tests to be aborted at the first plugin whose dependencies were not available.

Noosfero now uses Rails 4.2, and requires Debian Jessie.

GetText will try to update PO files when creating MO files, and we don't want that.
