Adds Sniffer Plugin This merge request adds the sniffer plugin, a plugin to help enterprises find consumers and suppliers for their products or product categories of interest. I used micro commits for changes on noosfero core or other plugins that needed fixes to work with this new plugin, plus a single commit that adds the sniffer plugin. See merge request !585

Handle optional fields for not logged users in login form LDAP plugin uses the login_extra_contents hotspot in order to put some extras fields to login form. This MR fix a bug that shows the privacity option when this code were executed. See merge request !577

As of Rails 3, include_root_in_json is true by default, which causes the json generated for rails models to be in the format: `{ profile => { name => 'ze', ... } }` instead of: `{ name => 'ze', ... }` This was breaking some javascript for the sniffer plugin and possibly other places. This initializer is part of the template for rails 3 applications and set include_root_in_json to false. The default configuration for rails 3 applications also enables parameters wrapping for json, however I disabled this feature by setting wrap parameter format to an empty array, as suggested by the documentation, since we are not using this on noosfero. -

Add mirror option for template's blocks. This patch adds the possibility of mirror when creating a template and adding blocks. When this option is enabled, every time the specific template's block is updated all profiles that follow that template will update. This can be very useful to define fixed blocks that must exist in all pages of the social network and can be automatically updated. See merge request !571
