I believe create is the default action for the 'directory' resource.

Anyway all the three directories created here should be created by the package instead.

@athos, The docs indeed say its default, but without it, chef didn't create the folder, after adding that line and running converge again, the folder was created with the right permissions and all.

@seocam that makes sense.... without colab installed there is no need for the colab folder at /var/lock

@darksshades, I will try it again and report it back to you. Besides that, is this MR still needed after @seocam's comments on it?
