Fix the only_if condition for rake task in enable_all plugins
We changed the -T for -P flag in order to show all tasks and not only the ones with description

Am I the only one getting this after MR + Noosfero package update?

Updated and tried converging social before restarting service, that's how I got that.
Maybe we can restart the service after package upgrades
