  You have to download the dependencies, that are:

  wxPython, PIL (Python Image), numpy, sigar, nibabel, gdcm and vtk

  The PYTHONPATH, usually is:  "C:\Python26;C:\Python26\Lib\site-packages;C:\Python26\Lib\;C:\Python26\Lib\site-packages\vtk;C:\Python26\Lib\site-packages\gdcm"

  Confirm in the command prompt, running python.

    Thank you very much Paulo,

    This is the error I am getting after installing all the stuff using the links provided by you. 

     

      File "D:\Ramprasad\InVesalius\invesalius\invesalius\data\imagedata_utils.py", line 27, in <module>

        import vtkgdcm

      File "D:\Ramprasad\InVesalius\From_gov.br\gdcm-2.0.12\vtkgdcm.py", line 52, in <module>

        from vtkgdcmPython import *

    ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified procedure could not be found.

     

    Please help me overcome this issue. 

    Also in default_tasks.py I got the following error

      File "D:\Ramprasad\InVesalius\invesalius\invesalius\gui\default_tasks.py", line 142

        fold_panel.AddFoldPanelWindow(item, nb.NotebookPanel(item)), agwSpacing= 0, leftSpacing=0, right

    SyntaxError: invalid syntax

     

    but when I changed agwSpacing to Spacing, it got fixed.

    I tried to download

    For some reason, both the files download got stuck at 35.7 KB

      Looks like there is a problem accessing the code also using SVN.

      I actually want to get the version which corresponds to the version Invesalius3.0.0.b2-i386.exe Please tell me the SVN or GIT command to get this version.

        You tried download again? Here, it's ok.

        First have 863 KB and the second  9.9 MB, you can download here www.​wxpy​thon​.org​/dow​nloa​d.ph​p

        To get the source 3.0.0b3-i386, you can the svn "tag". The command is:  svn co --username invesalius@gmail.com svn.​soft​ware​publ​ico.​gov.​br/s​vn/i​nves​aliu​s/in​vesa​lius​3/ta​gs/i​nves​aliu​s-3.​0.0b​2/

        Sometimes this problem "E175002 REPORT of..". The staff that it manages the webpage it's migrating the infrastructure.

          Wow,

          SVN is working perfectly now, I was able to get all the dependencies from http://svn.softwarepublico.gov.br/svn/invesalius/requirements/invesalius3/win32/ 

          Invesalius 3.0 beta 2 (SVN v2071) is perfectly running from source now.

          I think if the link http://svn.softwarepublico.gov.br/svn/invesalius/requirements/invesalius3/win32/ was mentioned in the page http://svn.softwarepublico.gov.br/trac/invesalius/wiki/InVesalius/DownloadSource, It would have been very useful. At least if the posts in this forum are made visible to search engines, it will be very helpful for newbies.
