Currently InVesalius only provides segmentation based on threshold (we have intensions of providing region growing and other tools soon)> STL files: I am reading set of DCIOM files and after segmentation I am saving the volume as STL file. But this STL file is not recognized by NETGEN (its again free tool for meshing http://www.hpfem.jku.at/netgen/index.html).  Though this STL file is recognized by other tools for visualization. Any solutions or thoughts ? 2. InVesalius 3.0.0 Beta 1 only exports to binary STL. We've made some tests and apparently NETGEN only supports STL ascii... On InVesalius 3.0.0 Beta 2 we will already provide support to ascii... It should be released next week.Regards,Tatiana
