Olá,
estou seguindo o Passo a passo do seguinte endereço http://softwarepublico.gov.br/dotlrn/clubs/cacic/xowiki/gerente-30-detalhada
para instalação do cacic 3.0 no Debian
estava dando tudo certo até o comando " php composer.phar install "
No terminal tenho o seguinte retorno:
