Pessoal, boa tarde

 Sou novo por aqui e estou com um problema, e gostaria de saber se alguém consegue me ajudar.

 Estou usando o UBUNTO para instalar o CACIC e ele está apresentando a mensagem de erro abaixo, quando executo esse comando, php composer.phar install:
